The interior of Don's pickup is loaded with more instruments than his plane. The dash is filled with Dakota Digital gauges, and Vintage Air A/C, and power windows and locks, and miles of custom material to cover the seats and door panels.
John Wargo did the truck many honors by spraying a flawless shade of PPG Radiance Blue paint and gallons of House of Kolor Kameleon "blue to red" paint for the outstanding flame job.
Don did really well at the 38th Annual Chicago World of Wheels last month, he recieved 1st in his class and a Street Rod award.

Don a pilot for a major airlines and when hes not flying the friendly skies hes out hot rodding around in his pickup. Wedged between a Camaro subframe is a 350ci Chevy pumping out 335 hp and 405 ft lbs of torque, backing that is a TH 350 with a hi-performance shift kit and a Ford 9" rearend and 3:55 gears. Putting the power to the ground is a custom 4 link suspension that are bolted to Weld Wheels. All of this is stuffed under a oakwood flled bed with polished stainless strips.
Don's truck was a "bit" tall for his liking so he chopped the top 2 1/2 inches, and added Hagan frenched headlights and a flush mount gas door with a 20 gallon tank.
