Rob Dotson's 1995 GMC Sonoma may not be the biggest or the fastest truck in the Chicagoland area, but it is certinly the BADDEST!
With a highly detailed 4.3V6 engine and engine compartment chock full of billet aluminum and painted pieces. Rob even went as far as cutting out the tops of the fender wells so you can see the top of the 235-40 BF Goodrich tires.
When cruising around Rob can relax in a full tweed interior colored in purple and gray and billet pieces adding accents to the trucks appearance. Cruising around on 18x7 and 18x8 Billet Specialties "Psycho's" and a full Firestone airbag system for that "like on air" feeling that work with relocated shocks that have been painted.
Some may say that Rob is a bit "nuts". He cut the back wall out and made his GMC a walk through. He also cut out a section in the bed so you can see the fully painted rasberry frame, gas tank, axle, etc.
Rounding out Rob's killer GMC is a kick ass stereo system, a Eclipse head unit Rockford Fosgate amps and 4 10" Phoenix Gold subs (for low end noise) and assorted MB Quarts and Cliff Design mids finish it off.
At shows Rob can be found polishing the factory radar blue paint to a high lustre, or polishing the assorted billet pieces on the exterior of his GMC.
